Omnia is proud to support a skills development initiative at Oosrand Commerce and Entrepreneurship School in Reiger Park, where learners are gaining practical agricultural experience that complements their classroom learning. The programme is helping to equip young people with valuable technical and entrepreneurial skills while encouraging greater participation of young women in the agricultural sector.

Importantly, the initiative incorporates a sustainable "train the trainer" model that equips educators with the knowledge and skills to become qualified facilitators. Once trained, they are able to deliver the agricultural skills development programme to future cohorts of learners as part of the school's regular curriculum, ensuring the long-term impact and continuity of the initiative without requiring ongoing sponsor funding.
